Shanelle has an innate love of massage and became aware of its healing powers from a young age.

She obtained her Diploma of Remedial Massage after honouring a strong calling to support the health and wellbeing of others through massage. She has a holistic approach, having undertaken training in pregnancy massage, cupping, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.

Shanelle particularly enjoys working with women during pregnancy, assisting them to find relief from body stresses caused by changes to the musculoskeletal system during gestation and helping to heighten their awareness of how they can manage these changes.

She has a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal itself and enjoys working with her clients to achieve their personal wellness goals.

Understanding how massage can benefit overall outlook, health and wellbeing, Shanelle is also passionate about using massage to support people experiencing mental health challenges.
