Your recipient can make an appointment for their service at any time at this website, and simply needs to bring their voucher to pay on the day. If they wish to book for a different type of appointment than is specified on the voucher they can and utilise the same credit amount they have received toward that service (credit remaining on the same voucher if the appointment is a lower fee / additional fee charged if the type of appointment is more expensive).

You can let them know that the best spot to park is 3 hours free at Coles/Target down the road - if they’re also planning to shop.
